Join the beautiful Victoria Brattini for an orientation to Mindful Self Compassion training. In this 3 hour class you will be taught the basic principals of Mindful Self Compassion, given techniques to take into your ever day life and enjoy a guided mediation.
A lifetime learner and teacher for over 30 years. A dedicated meditator since the 70’s and a trained MSC (Mindful Self Compassion) teacher she is thrilled to help others on their path. Victoria has worked with teenagers, university students and adults. For ten years she co-directed a program in Health Perspectives in Bryn Mawr, PA. Victoria moved to California ten years ago where she has concentrated her efforts to help people learn meditation.
